Put the recipe steps in the right order

Adjust the seasoning and add the chopped coriander.

Cut the seitan into thin slices, slice the mushrooms and finely chop the onion and garlic.

Add the seitan that you set aside, mix in the cream and and cook for 3 minutes.

Add a dash of olive oil to the frying pan and sauté the mushrooms with the bay leaf, the remaining garlic, the wine and salt.

Bring to a boil and sauté for about 8 minutes; remove and set aside.

Place the seitan in a non-stick frying pan and season with a dash of olive oil, soy sauce, paprika, basil, oregano, black pepper and half of the garlic.
