How was it carried out?
Why did we do this activity?
Why is it relevant in the project?
What have we learnt by carrying out the activity?
To raise awareness that this beautiful species must be protected.
We went to a bank of seeds, and then, a guy explained us what the life of capercailles was like and some curiosities about them .
Because it´s very important to know the species in danger of extition and to know why they're important for the enviroment.
That capercailles are a very interesting species that we don´t know about them and that they must be protected so that they don´t become extinct.
Info about capercailles
They're an endagered species that is protected. They have a project to increase their population in the same place where the bank of seeds is.The results are being amazing and the number of capercaillies has increased a lot since the project was started.

Opinion
We found it to be a very interesting activity in which we learned many new things as we didn't know this animal. It was great to learn a little about it, apart from being able to have the opportunity to see it in person because, being a protected species, it is very rare to see. It was amazing to have that opportunity as we found them very pretty.
