In this lesson, students will learn how to create websites using a simple builder. They will explore the elements of a good website, including layout, design, and content. By the end of the lesson, each student will have a personal website that showcases their interests, hobbies, and skills. This project will help students understand how to communicate effectively online and develop their digital literacy skills.

Students will create a personal website that includes sections about their interests, hobbies, and skills. They will need to include text, images, and links.This will be part of the independent practice.

Provide clear instructions on how to use the chosen website builder. Include a step-by-step guide on creating a website, adding content, and customizing the design.Part of the direct instruction is by giving them directions and passing out the instructions.

Students can choose the layout and design of their website. They can also decide which topics to include and how to present their information (e.g., text, images, videos).This will be part of the independent practice.
