Elena Bertola

ELENA BERTOLA Elena BERTOLA is a Legal Affairs Officer with the Trade in Services and Investment Division, World Trade Organization (WTO), Geneva. She is responsible for the negotiations on domestic regulation both in the Working Party on Domestic Regulation and the Joint Initiative on Services Domestic Regulation. She also assists WTO Members on various other services related matters and regularly participate in WTO Technical Assistance activities. She holds a Master in International Law from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies of Geneva (Switzerland, 2019). She previously obtained her Degree in Law from the University of Turin (Italy, 2017).
