Exercise the conditionals !

Used to express that one thing depends on something else, a "condition". They consist of two sentences, usually separated by a comma, and their order is interchageable: The condition ("if" clause) and the resultThere are four different types, from zero to three,and they are not as hard as they may seem !

ZERO conditional

If+present simple, present simple

Expresses facts and habits

"If I walk too much, my feet hurt!"

FIRST conditional

If + present simple, will + infinitive

We use it to express possible things in the future

"If you exercise, you will feel better."

SECOND conditional

If + past simple (subjuntive) , would + infinitive

When we speak of impossible things in the present / unlikely things in the future

"If I was (were) in better shape, I would walk faster."

THIRD conditional

If + past perfect, would + have + past participle

Hypothetical past and the imaginary results

"If I had worn better shoes, my feet would have felt better."
