The Lock Ness Lake is in the north of Scotland.The sea borders of Scottish peninsula are: North Sea on est, Irland Sea on south-west and the Atlantic Ocean in the north. Instead the earthly border is England on south.The Lock Ness Lake is in the south-west of Inverness, a region of Scotland.

The Lock Ness Lake is the second largest Scottish lake, the largest is the Loch Lomond Lake.Its deepest point is 230 metres deep, making it the second deepest lake in Scotland after Loch Morar.

The Lock Ness Lake is a freshwater lake and it's a glacial origin lake.

The Loch Ness Monster, often called "Nessie", is a legendary creature said to live in the waters of Loch Ness lake in Scotland. The first reports date back about 1,500 years ago, but the myth gained notoriety in the 1930s, when a famous photograph appeared in newspapers, showing what looked like a large aquatic animal. Described as a reptile or dinosaur, Nessie has become a symbol of mystery and Scottish folklore, attracting tourists and researchers from around the world.

In 1933, a famous photograph by Robert Kenneth Wilson shows a misterious being in the lake, later revealed to be a hoax in 1994.
