• Interactive presentations on Nearpod and similar tools to engage learners with embedded polls, quizzes, open-ended questions, etc.
• Check-ins with students to discuss their progress and address any concerns
• Clear expectations and goals listed on LMS home page and modules along with grading rubrics for each assignment
• Feedback regularly provided to students on all assignments and projects

Online Collaboration

• Group projects and research papers students can collaborate on in real-time using tools such as Google Docs and Slides
• Discussion Forums where students contribute written or video posts and reply to their peers sharing their opinions and insights
• Gamification of learning material with students in teams so they can engage with one another and work toward a common goal
• Peer review of projects and assignments for students to provide feedback and think critically
