IMPORTANT: Do NOT send request to Home Office until enrollment shows on Policy Center.The Policy Center E-Bill indicator only updates with a new batch cycle. If the insured says they enrolled in E-Bill, still verify on Policy Center. If the E-Bill indicator says “NO,” hold onto the change form and check Policy Center again the next day. Once the indicator says “YES,” you may submit the change request to the Home Office.

💻CSR Note

  1. FIRST register for E-Bill on the Customer Portal.
  2. Once E-Bill enrollment complete, insured must contact their Agent in order to resubmit their request for a Monthly Payment Plan.
