Billing 2: E-Bill Mid-Term 1

• If the insured wants a Monthly Payment Plan Mid-Term, you'll need to make sure that they are enrolled in E-Bill.

• Go to Policy Center to verify.

• If the insured is NOT yet enrolled in E-Bill, do NOT collect adjusted premium or submit a change request to the Home Office for the Monthly Pay Plan.

• The insured must FIRST sign up for E-Bill on the Customer Portal.

• If they make a payment at the time of the request, that payment is applied to the policy. However, the policy will continue to bill according to the current pay plan until the insured completes the E-Bill sign up process.

Always Check for Enrollment
