Have a Padlet where participants can share what they think they would "look" for / observe in a lesson?
What does this look Like?
Instructional Focus
Aligned with standards
Grounded in Science
Lesson is centered around a phenomenon or solve a problem
Teacher is a facilitor
Learner focused & driven
Based in real world situations

What does this look Like?
Science & Engineering Practices
Analyse & interpet data
Students are asking questions/making predictions
Create representation of data
Create/revise models
Evaulate evidence
Design/conduct experiments

What does this look Like?
Sensemaking
Students are engaging with peers to make sense of phenomneon or problem
Students are drawing upon personal experience
Use crosscutting concepts:
- patterns
- cause & effect
- System models
- Cycles
- Scale, proportion or quanity
- Energy & matter flow
Analyze & express how their ideas change throughout the lesson/unit.

Walk Through Check List
I would take this checklist and make it simplified/more applicable to CCA. I would also place examples of what that may look like in the classroom. This could be a resources for both teachers & administration.
Contextualize your topic with a subtitle
Examples from k-12 classrooms
Kindergarten
Second Grade
Fourth Grade
Fifth Grade
Seventh Grade
Eighth Grade
Environmental Science
Biology
Geology
I would then create pages linking examples from Edio from our current science courses. I chose these grades to get a snapshot of grade levels along with grades/subjects that are tested. I would tailor this page based upon the level of administration I was presenting to.
