1. Consumer Preference (Which donut tastes better? Which donut is higher quality?)

2. Time taken to acquire the donuts (Ordering, waiting in line, etc)

- Test subjects will prefer the taste of the local donuts, and will guess that they are higher quality.- It will take longer to receive the local donuts from the store.

Expectation:

V.H: Preferred chain, thought chain was higher quality

T.H: Preferred local, thought local was higher quality

Took 20min to order and receive donuts

Took 25min to order and receive donuts.

J.B: Preferred local, thought local was higher quality

- Holtman's donuts are really good - Krispy Kreme donuts are also very good - There wasn't a huge difference in the time it took to get the donuts in either shop - You can't go wrong with either one!
