E-Bill replaces the traditional paper Bill Notice with an email alert. To sign up for E-Bill, the insured must first register their policies on the Customer Portal. Once registered, they'll receive emails to view an electronic version of the Billing Notice. Click below to learn more!

The insured can decide to receive paper Billing Notices mailed to their selected address. Currently, this is the default option for all policies. Click below to view a Billing Notice.

From the 'Billing' tab, customers can set up a specific policy on E-Bill. This means they'll receive electronic notification of their Billing Notices via Email. From the 'Billing Preferences' section under the policy, they'll select the 'Change' link. Click the to view the next steps to finalize E-Bill set up. REMEMBER: E-Bill is one of two options the insured must choose in order to have a monthly payment plan. The other option being EFT.

From this pop up, the insured can select how they would like to receive their Billing Notices for the chosen policy. They can add a mobile number to receive alerts as well. Make sure to click the 'Save' button to finalize!
