Les crêpes

Ingrédients :

• 250 g de farine
• 3 œufs joyeux 🥚

• 50 cl de lait tout doux 🥛
• 1 pincèe de sel 🌸
• 1 cuillère à soupe de sucre (facultatif) 🍬

• 50 g de beurre fondant 💞

E'tapes :

1. Dans un grand bol, tamise la farine et fais un petit puits au milieu.
2. Ajoute les œufs souriants un à un, puis verse doucement le lait en mèlangeant avec un fouet.
3. Ajoute une pincèe de sel et le sucre si tu le souhaites.
4. Fais fondre le beurre et incorpore-le à la pâte avec amour.

5. Laisse la pâte se reposer pendant 30 minutes (comme une petite sieste). 6. Dans une poêle chaude, verse une louche de pâte et fais cuire ta crêpe jusqu'à ce qu'elle devienne dorée. 7. Retourne-la d'un coup de poignet et répète l'opération poure chaque crêpe.
