Affirmative form
Used to is the same for all people and is followed by the base form of the verb
example: We used to go out every day
Subject + used to + base form of the verb
Negative form
Is made up by:
Subject + didn't + use to + base form of the verb
example: They didn't use to go on vacation
Interrogative form
Is made up by:
did + subject + use to +base form of the verb
example: Did you use to go to that restaurant?
Short answers
When the answer is affermative:
Yes + subject + did
example: Yes I did
When the answer is negative:
No + subject + didn't
example: No You didn't
