CHANGES IN THE STREETS
Before, it was a tree-lined street on the side, where you could walk without fear of being hit, and the few cars there were from rich families that only passed by very rarely. Along this streets there are different establishments that have now dissapeared, such as a cinema, several bars, shops, a train stop... Nowadays is it a street where people always seem to be in a hurry, full of cars, very noisy, and with modern commerce.

TYPICAL FOOD IN GEXTO
YEARS AGO
TYPICAL FOOD NOW
If we go back to the 15th century, gastronomy was based on beans, chestnuts, and fishing, among other things.
Now the typical food is marmitako, hake in sauce, cod...
Breakfast began with cow's milk or mulled wine and wheat bread.
At midday, the meal was usually broth, beans, legumes or fish.
For dinner, cooked potatoes and vegetables and a bowl of milk were reserved.
On cold days, they usually eat roasted chestnuts.
