my reflection

In this class, I learned about different types of conditional sentences and how to use modal verbs for ability, possibility, and deduction. I enjoyed the group discussions the most because they helped me practice speaking and share ideas with my classmates. The grammar exercises were helpful in understanding what we learned. I am proud of how much I have improved in writing and feel more confident now. However, I need to work on my speaking skills, especially in front of the class, so I plan to practice speaking more often, maybe by joining a conversation group. For the next Partial, I would like to see more fun activities like role plays or debates, but I wouldn’t want too many long lectures without interaction. I also wish we could use more videos or podcasts, as they helped me learn in another class. Overall, I really enjoy this class and appreciate the support from my teacher and classmates, and I look forward to learning more!

my reflection

This semester, we learned about different topics. We talked about how to share opinions, ways to make our town or city better, and how to report survey results. Before starting, I knew some basic things, but I learned a lot more, especially about reported speech, using verbs with to & -ing, and reported questions. I realized I need to improve my speaking and writing to make them smoother. I enjoyed our class discussions and interview practice, which made me more confident. Some grammar points were hard and frustrating at times. This semester showed me that I can do more than I thought when sharing my ideas in English. I now have a new way of thinking about topics like improving my community and job interviews. If I were the teacher, I would say that I worked hard but need to practice speaking more often. I hope people notice that I have improved my grammar skills. If I could go back to the start, I would tell myself to practice speaking more from the beginning. Partner activities and learning about people who help in the community were very helpful, and I am proud of how I did in the interview tasks. In the future, I will take part in more class discussions and work on sharing my opinions with confidence. I would like more help with difficult sentence structures and using verbs correctly. Overall, this semester has been a time of learning and growth, and I am excited to use what I learned in future courses.

my reflection

This semester, I improved my grammar and vocabulary, learning modal verbs, past perfect, and the passive voice. Partner activities, like planning trips and discussing life events, helped me practice and gain confidence. I’m proud of my presentations and writing tasks, where I used complex structures well. Although I’ve made progress, I need to work on advanced grammar like non-defining relative clauses. I also learned to report opinions, discuss ways to improve a city, and report survey results, which strengthened my communication skills. Researching people who contribute to society and reporting on their actions and words expanded my understanding of reported statements and questions. Moving forward, I will focus more on speaking practice, interactive dialogues, and refining verb patterns to enhance my communication. By continuing to challenge myself, I will keep improving and feel more comfortable using English.
