The Plan for Today: Unit 3 Lesson: 3.1 Intro to PowerPoint Goals:
- What do you think are the advantages of a visual display of ideas that could include image, graphics, and videos, over handouts that contain text?
- Rosa, a new project manager at a tech start-up, is ready to share her product launch strategy after weeks of training. She presents her ideas with a handout, but realizes her colleagues can't visualize her plans and miss key details. To fix this, she decides to present her ideas again in a different format.
- She decides that the next time she presents her ideas, she will make her presentation more visually appealing by shortening the text into simple points and adding images, graphs, and videos.
