Halloween, celebrated on October 31 st, is a holiday that combines ancient and modern traditions. Popular mainly in the United States, it has Celtic and Christian roots. Symbols like pumpkins, ghosts, and "trick-or-treating" make it one of the most recognizable celebrations worldwide.
