Students meet both the recomended 60 minutes of physical activity, and the screen-based activity guideline (2 or less hours on a device)
Physical health can improve body muscle, bone strength, and even help long-term health such as preventing obesity and type 2 diabetes.
Students who are involved in physical activity have a much higher chance of educational success than those who aren't.
Physical activity can improve attention and memory. It also reduces risk of depression.
