Blogging
Students engage with the learning material by creating their own blog using platforms such as Blogger or WordPress. They can update it weekly with their reflections on the course. Blogging allows them to get creative as they customize their page and choose a theme they like. They can look back at their posts and see how far they've come along and what they accomplished in the course.
Interactive Games and Quizzes
Interactive games, quizzes, and VR tours using tools such as Storyline 360, Thinglink, and Kahoot are great ways to engage learners. The learning experience will be enhanced and therefore increase students' motivation to participate and learn.
Discussion Forums
Given the prompts provided, students can contribute in discussion forums through written posts or video posts. They learn to think critically as they share their thoughts with the class. They also interact and engage with peers by replying to their posts and providing valuable feedback.
Networking Opportunities
Students can use the LinkedIn platform to network with others in the same field. This allows them to grow professionally, access a number of resources, expand their knowledge, explore career opportunities, etc.
Collaborative Projects and Papers
Students can use Google Docs, Slides, and other tools that allow them to collaborate with their peers in real-time. They have the opportunity to connect and learn from one another as they share ideas while working on research papers or projects.
