Signs of Dehydration
A common sign of dehydration is a stomach ache. If a camper complains of a stomach ache, ask them if they have been drinking their water and encourage them to take a drink. If their stomach ache does not improve after drinking water, please send them to the nurse.

Having a dry mouth or eyes is another common symptom of dehydration. Sometimes campers may complain about their eyes or mouth hurting and it could be due to that reason. Question them futher to understand how it hurts. For this sympom it could be best to go to the nurse just to be sure nothing is in the eyes or mouth.

Another sign of dehydration is dizziness. When campers complain about being dizzy, we should have them sit down and start to drink water. Keep an eye on the camper and if they continue to complain about dizziness take them to the nurse.
