This clickable walkthrough will take you through the process of working with a field applicant in Fountain Hire.
Work with an Applicant

In the Applicant Table, your stages for the Opening are listed in order at the top with your currently selected stage highlighted in blue. Click anywhere to get started.
Let's get started! Our goal will be the following: 1. Review an applicant in an Opening. 2. Move an applicant to the next stage.
Note: Applicants prior to the Candidate Review stage are considered "incomplete applicants".

Clicking on a stage shows all of the applicants currently in that stage. Review the applicants in the Candidate Review stage by clicking on that stage.

Below, Conrad is an applicant in this stage. Review Conrad's Applicant Profile by clicking his name.
Here, you can review all the information Conrad submitted as part of his application.

On the left side of the Applicant Profile, scroll down to see the Details section.
The Details section includes all the answers Conrad provided in the application.

Review a resume or other documents that Conrad added by clicking the Files tab.

Click the Learn More to open a window and then advance to the next step.
Click the X or outside of the Applicant Profile to return to the Applicant Table.

To move Conrad forward to the Recruiter Interview stage, click the Quick Actions Move to next stage button to move him forward.

Confirm moving Conrad forward by clicking Submit. Conrad will receive a notification informing him of next steps.

Click the MR Phone Interview stage to review the applicants currently in that stage.

Conrad is now in the Phone Interview stage. Within the Status column, you can see the purple status label indicating he has scheduled his interview with the hiring manager.

Restart
