- Muscle tension - body's way of guarding against injury or pain
- May trigger other parts of the body to promote stress-related disorders
- Tension-type headaches and migraines
- Relaxation and stress- relieving activities, like therapy can help reduce tension and decrease all the chronic pain
Gastrointestinal system:
- Stress may trigger bloating and discomfort in your gut
- Changes in gut bacteria that can affect your mood
- Change the development of nervous system
- When stressed you can eat more than usual, increase of alcohol, which result in heartburn
- Swallowing could be difficult in thr esophagus
- Vommiting may occur or decrease of appetite
- Unhealthy diets may affect mood
Respiratory System
- Shortness of breath or rapid breathing
- Asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), emphysema, bronchitis
- Death of loved could can trigger asthma attacks and hyperventilation and panic attacks
