Dear son I went out with your father to pick up your uncle from the airport. I would love for you to prepare dinner. I have left you a simple Maori recipe near the matera. I trust you will do well. With love, your mother.

Step 1: In a container, mix the sugar, eggs and butter.

Step 2: In another container add the flour, yeast and salt and stir with step 1.

Step 3: In another bowl, mix the milk with the vanilla essence.

Step 4: Mix step 2 and 3. .

Step 6: Pour the dough into the container and flatten it.

Step 7: Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for 30 or 40 minutes.

Step 8: Let the cake cool and cut into squares.
