Nancy
Nancy is coming up on her 1 year anniversary with the company. Nancy is about the same age as Ashley, and they worked together well. They often came to eachother to help or guidance, and you knew they were friends outside of work. Nancy has started to request more time off of work, and has not been cutting it close to deadlines or missing them altogether.
Andrew
Andrew is an established employee at your company, you have worked with him for 5 years. Since Ashley left, Andrew has started to avoid meetings and only speaks to co-workers when necessary. He used to bring great energy to the office when he arrived in the morning, but recently has taken a step back from the team.
