Final Reflection

In this course, I'm able to see different types of vocabulary that taught me new words from everyday life that I didn't know and we also related it to grammar that helps us have a basic structure when speaking English. I also managed to further develop my listening skills at the time of the listennig practice of the certification exam. I also improved my reading comprehension through practice or even on exams. Therefore, I realized that I must improve in the aspect of the Speaking, because I feel that it is a little more difficult for me when it comes to presenting or speaking with another person. On the other hand, I think what I liked most about the class was that the teacher made many games in which we had fun and learned by relating them to the topics covered; but I also have to admit that what stressed me the most was the exam part, but overall I did well. The important thing I learned in this course was that I can overcome my own obstacles and I am able to face everything. I think my expectations in this subject remain the same since I know that it is an essential subject that will be very useful to me in the future. Now, if I were the teacher, I would tell myself to never give up and above all to work on what is most difficult for me.

The thing is that in the future when people hear me speak English, they will notice that I have a lot of self-confidence and that I can be heard fluently, clearly and loudly. I could go back to the beginning and tell myself not to be afraid of making mistakes and to just relax when having a conversation. Therefore, I can say that I found the exercises done before the certification exam useful. I can say that I feel proud of my responsibility throughout the semester and my commitment in class. As I mentioned earlier, what I would change in future semesters would be my confidence when speaking. Therefore I would like teachers to continue doing more practice exercises in confidence to be able to generate more conversation. Finally, I want to thank my professor for accompanying me and supporting me throughout this semester.

¡Thank you for your attention!
