Inclusive school culture is vital because it allows for scholars to feel safe, valued, seen, and heard. When educators, and administrators understand students and their diverse backgrounds it benefits the classroom and the school as a whole. Educators and administrators are able to identify barriers, and remove them to ensure student success (Why Inclusive Practices are Essential in Education, 2022).

Why an inclusive school is important?

"Strength lies in differences, not in similarities." — Stephen R. Covey
