Los cinco sentidos

Los seres humanos contamos con 5 sentidos que nos ayudan a relacionarnos y a entender el mundo que nos rodea. Estos son: la vista, el gusto, el olfato, el oído y el tacto, cada uno está relacionado a órganos del cuerpo y la falta o falla de alguno de ellos, puede dificultar nuestras actividades diarias

Las imágenes son captadas por el ojo a través de la luz, los colores y las formas y son llevadas por el nervio óptico hacia el cerebro para ser interpretadas.

¿Cómo podemos cuidar el sentido de la vista? • Dormir 8 horas diarias. • Utilizar lentes oscuros cuando estemos al aire libre. • Evitar el uso excesivo de pantallas. • Acudir al oftalmólogo a revisión una vez al año.
