You can also take part in the workshop “Emotionally-minded: I recognize and embrace my emotions” where we explore strategies for recognizing and managing emotions! This could help you in managing your experiences related to university and your professional future.

Many students choose a degree without being clear about what to do afterwards. This can lower motivation to study, but it is not too late to reflect on these aspects! In fact, exploring one's personal and professional interests is important to understand what goals one wants to pursue.

If you want to further explore your career interests, the guidance service provides the workshop “What Matters to Me? Navigating through many choices” where you can stop and reflect on yourself, your future studies and professional career, what is important to you and what you like to do!
Try drawing a map with circles representing the areas of the subjects you like best; for each one, identify job activities and occupations that might interest you.

It's possible that sometimes you feel discouraged because you cannot achieve the academic results you would like, but you believe that a more effective organization of your time would help you. You can attend the workshop “Organization and Time Management” where we'll discuss some strategies that may help you manage your time more effectively for exam preparation.
We can be motivated in many different ways when we do things. Motivation and confidence in one's abilities and in being able to achieve our goals help a lot in studying.
