• Process has been streamlined to allow SH to be added to plans as an amendment, without plan correction.

• If plan currently has SH, they can now end the current SH source and start a new SH source as of 1/1 of current year as an amendment

Changing Existing Safe Harbor Source

System Fixes

This will be pushed as a hotfix following the 10/22 release. Date to come.

• TPAs will now be able to perform live edits to transaction fees and set effective date

• Fee changes are plan specific
• TPAs will not get email notification of changed fees, but can refer to PPT Fee Disclosure document
• If new fees are set-up >30 days in the future, email notification won't be sent until 30 days prior.
• If effective date of change is <30 days, email will be sent to participants within 24 hours.

TPA Transaction Fees - Simply Plans Only

• Currently, only SR Unbundled plans purchased starting at end of August have their asset based fees and TPA transaction fees on Ubiquity’s Fee Disclosure.
• This release will create functionality so that all effective SR plans will have asset based fees and participant transaction fees on the Participant Disclosure document.

2024 UX/UI Changes

• Only Sponsor pages will be updated in 2024

• The page updates will be launched section by section

• Each new section will be launched to our Decimal plan first, then launched to 20%, 50%, and then 100% of all plans over a week. This is to minimize incoming cases to CE if a component is broken.

• If the new version of the pages is not working, we will have the ability to revert back to the old version of these pages. Check with your Supervisor for the SOP to request a revert back to the old version of the page..

Product is working on UX/UI improvements to the Plan Sponsor pages in 2024.

UX/UI System Updates - Sponsor profiles

New Sponsor Avatar/profile pages will be rolled-out for small percentage of our plans at a time, starting Oct 10, 2024. As of 10/18 the profile changes have been released to all Plan Sponsors.

Sponsors will now access their reports on the left side menu. When they click on the Reports Link, a new screen will open with clickable icons instead of the dropdown list. No changes have been made to the report's content. This update will start being released 10/17/24, in groups of plans at a time (20%, 50%, 75%, and 100%) with full release by 10/22/2024.
