• On the subsequent pages, position the icons to appropriate regions

• In each tooltip, describe how the identified phenomenon (El Niño or La Niña) affects the characteristic represented by the icon
• Add a voice recording summary of each phenomenon that summarizes the global effects it causes- make the audio play when a viewer clicks the speaker icon
