Alex has over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. He worked with lyophilizers earlier in his career but hasn’t dealt with them in over 10 years. Alex is highly knowledgeable about cGMP, but advancements in lyophilizer technology and updated regulations mean he needs a refresher. He is confident in his general C&Q skills but wants to ensure his knowledge of lyophilizer systems is up-to-date.
