Katsuya Eguchi is famous because of the Animal Crossing series, most from his personal expriencies that made the games so real and one of the most mind blowing life simulation game of that time that has been evolving more and more each time a new game of the series releases.

why do i admire him?

I dont necessarilly admire him...

I don't necessarilly admire him but i admire the hard work he did while making this series of animal crossing games. I mostly admire his work because when i was in a depression a couple of years ago and i finally worked too get my first nintendo console the nintendo 2dsXL i got animal crossing new leaf (which was one of my first personal owned video games) which helped me get out of my shell when i had barely no friends and it helped me with my mental state at that time, and it showed me how too make daily routined , have responsabilities and created healthy habits , and now I have my new nintendo switch and now its become a daily routine of mine of checking my island on animal crossing new horizons , taking care of my villagers and the appearence of my town.
