NCFB Customer Portal

  • If the insured is already registered, they can simply click the 'Log In' button.
  • Click below to see the rest of the Log In Process!
  • Not yet registered? Not a problem! Simply click the 'Create an account' link to begin the process.

How do I Log In?

  • Once logged in, the Home Screen displays. This defaults to the 'Your Policies' tab.
  • Click the to discover some of the available features.
  • IMPORTANT: Keep in mind that the insured CANNOT make changes to their own policy. They can contact their Agent to do so.

  • Selecting the 'Account' tab, allows the insured to edit account settings such as registered email, password, and phone numbers.

  • Selecting the 'Billing' tab, allows the insured to manage and pay their bills.
  • Click the to discover some of the available features.

Billing Information

Log In to Your Account

When a registered user clicks the 'Log In' to pay option from the company website, they'll be taken to this screen.They'll enter their email address and password associated with their Customer Portal account.

  • They can save their email address by clicking the check box.

'Quick Actions' Button

Click the 'Quick Actions' button for any registered policy to quickly view:

  • Policy Declarations
  • Billing Notices
  • Payment History and more
To view policy details for a registered policy or print out a Proof of Insurance for their vehicle, click the corresponding blue links.

'View Billing Notices' Link

Allows the insured to view a 13 month history of billing notices associated with the selected insurance policy.Once they click the 'View Billing Notices' link, a side menu appears.The 'Select Policy' dropdown allows the insured to select a specific policy to view bill notices. Let’s say, our insured wants to view their current Auto Policy Billing Notice. Clicking Download allows them to view the desired Billing Notice. Click the to view the Billing Notice.
