“Prepare. Just think about what you love doing now in school and what you would love doing in the future. I would also say to plan, think about what classes you want to take next year and can benefit you and pursue them. Really just do what you love doing but find new things to enjoy.”
Kaylee Campbell
“For incoming juniors, I would suggest getting everything you need to do out of the way first. It sounds annoying but I can’t count on one hand how many times I’ve almost had a meltdown because I realized that the assignment I thought I could get done before the deadline was actually not going to be completed on time and if it was it wasn’t going to receive a good grade.”
Aydin Rahman
“A lot of important things come at you, but it's important to not let them stress you out too much. It's still school, so enjoy it.”
Jayla Tirado
“Don’t wait too long to do work or study for a test, do it as soon as you can so you have as least to do as possible and have time for yourself.”
Adriana Pagan
“I recommend that if you are wanting to make friends or are trying to find ways to balance hanging out with friends and doing school work, make a study group. Go to a local food place or location such as a library or even your house. Make the most of what is offered to you.”
