January
Start the year off on a good note...
- Begin the year with class on Goal Setting and Objectives.
- Allows employees to understand the difference in setting goals and meeting objectives they set for themselves along the way.
- Can be used throughout the year to enable them to set appropriate goals for 2026.

February
The excitement of the new year may have disappeared...but training has not!
- Multipliers will be done with all FL leaders (make-up from hurricane)
- Communication class (different than the previous class) so all can attend--even if they previously attended a communication class.

Book Study
- Book study: Open to all employees
- The Last Lecture: Focuses on the value of honest feedback, people before material things, humility, rising to the occasion, breaking down brick walls, and accepting reality.

Know Yourself First!
- Navigating Styles class: Guides employees to have an in-depth self-awareness of their style of taking in and giving out information.
- Allows participants to understand the many different sytles of people that they work with and strategies of how they can navigate around those in order to have a more accepting environment.

Book Study
- Our Iceberg is Melting. Open to all employees.
- This book focuses on the change that surrounds us in our lives.
- It is a simple story about doing well under the stress and uncertainty of rapid change.
- Limit to 15 people for a more intimate discussion.

JUNE
It's getting hotter outside and summer is just around the corner...
- Johari Window class.
- Continues on the "know yourself" trend by allowing participants to continue building their self-awareness.
- The class categorizes self-awareness into four areas: Open, blind, hidden, and unknown.
- Activities will help reinforce how to find what each of these are innately.

Vacation season has finally arrived!
- OPEN.

Book Study
- Book Study: Open to all employees
- Whale Done. This book will explore the power of positive relationships both in the professional world as well as their personal world.
- This book study follows a few classes that allows employees to be more open with themselves and feel more comfortable being who they are.

August is usually a month of little activity in many countries...but not at Summit!
- Book Study: Open to all employees
- The Alchemist: This book helps people realize the importance of following their goals and dreams.

Back to school season!
- Psychological Safety class.
- Follows our desire to continue through the year with belonging at Summit.
- Helps build a culture of inclusion and innovation among teams.
- Participants have already had the option to get to know themselves first which allows this class to help them feel wanted, welcome, and free to speak up.

Busy Season Cranking Up!!
- Stress Management class
- This class will provide tips and tricks on managing stress at work and at home.
- We will make this a fun and entertaining "Holiday Edition" class that people can look forward to right before the business of the holidays approaches.

December
The end of the year wrap up for Summit!
- It’s the season of holiday cheer and celebrating all the accomplishments we had throughout another great year.
- 2026...watch out...We're coming at ya!
