- This will be the new platform used in the district to register for professional Learning opportunities, summer 2024
- Master Scheduling- Infinite Campus
- The planning phase begins yearly in Feb with the work typically being April-Jun for schools
- SharePoint Basics
- We are excited to create resources for users to refer back to in order to build great looking sites
- TDX Reports
- We will update this course to help personalize it to MNPS needs

- JDXpert
- This is the new platform from Human Resources that will allow all users to easily view and search all job Descriptions in the disrtrict. It will also allow Supervisors to digitally create new JD's and edit existing ones!
- Attendance Part 1
- We are transitioning our full day Attendance in-person training to a half day class with online prework to allow more time for staff in schools.
- Summer Enrollment Application
- We will have a new application for parents to enroll for Summer Programs. New resources will be designed to help guide parents through the process of enrollment.

- This course will move to a completly asyncrounous course begining the 24-25 school year

- Campus has had a couple updates to the interface of the family portal in addition to the addition of the persoanlized student dashboard created by MNPS

- This course is designed for Counselors primarliy to schedule students coming to the school after the school year has begun.
- Windows 11
- The district will be upgrading all the machines to Windows 11 over the summer after 6 schools pilot it.
- SIMS
- The district has purchased this platform and will include a phased in approach begining with student intervention plans.

- Online registration will now be completed directly within Campus. We will create a short video to share with parents of the new process.
- HCM Performance Management
- This is an area of HCM that is just starting to be used in the HCM Cloud suite. It is a place where staff can enter yearly goals adn a pace where supervisors can approve adn manage the goals. A small pilot group will use it this year. The forst doc created will show users how to enter their goals into the system.

- These trainings are provided often during the first 3 months of school in order to get all front office staff trained.
