• PowerSchool Professional Learning
• This will be the new platform used in the district to register for professional Learning opportunities, summer 2024
• Master Scheduling- Infinite Campus
• The planning phase begins yearly in Feb with the work typically being April-Jun for schools
• SharePoint Basics
• We are excited to create resources for users to refer back to in order to build great looking sites
• TDX Reports
• We will update this course to help personalize it to MNPS needs

• JDXpert
• This is the new platform from Human Resources that will allow all users to easily view and search all job Descriptions in the disrtrict. It will also allow Supervisors to digitally create new JD's and edit existing ones!
• Attendance Part 1
• We are transitioning our full day Attendance in-person training to a half day class with online prework to allow more time for staff in schools.
• Summer Enrollment Application
• We will have a new application for parents to enroll for Summer Programs. New resources will be designed to help guide parents through the process of enrollment.

• MNPS HR is moving goal setting and evaluations and goal setting to a digital format within HCM Cloud.

• This training course is in line for an update working with the distict cyber security manager
• Attendance Online
• This course will move to a completly asyncrounous course begining the 24-25 school year
• Family Portal Liaison
• Campus has had a couple updates to the interface of the family portal in addition to the addition of the persoanlized student dashboard created by MNPS

• This course is designed for Counselors primarliy to schedule students coming to the school after the school year has begun.
• Windows 11
• The district will be upgrading all the machines to Windows 11 over the summer after 6 schools pilot it.
• SIMS
• The district has purchased this platform and will include a phased in approach begining with student intervention plans.

• Online registration will now be completed directly within Campus. We will create a short video to share with parents of the new process.
• HCM Performance Management
• This is an area of HCM that is just starting to be used in the HCM Cloud suite. It is a place where staff can enter yearly goals adn a pace where supervisors can approve adn manage the goals. A small pilot group will use it this year. The forst doc created will show users how to enter their goals into the system.

• This required course will walk the schools Grading admin through the philosophy of grading, resonsibilities, and provide resources to support.

• This new course will show Inventory leads how to run a mid-year audit on the schools inventory.

• This online course in Schoology will help teachrs uderstand their roles in using both Campus and Schoology.

• The Safety team is providing a required traiing for all Safety Ambassadors to complete.

• This area of Campus is requireing amandatory retake to maintain access so we are working to update adnimprove it at this time.
• Master Scheduling
• finalizing schools who still need support for coming year.
• TDX Servie Rep Training
• TDX provided us with out of the box traiing that we are adding to Schoology so that it will be ready for implementation.
• Campus Attendance and Census
• These trainings are provided often during the first 3 months of school in order to get all front office staff trained.
