How we're partnering with our people

The Next Iteration of Our People Team! Much like we always iterate our DrDoctor products, we’re iterating our people service. With Sam and Moo both on family leave, we have the opportunity to be bold and try a different model for a period. Traditionally, our People Team has been wing-aligned, but we want to broaden our reach to better serve everyone. What does this mean for you? Moving forward, Daisy and Erin (your interim People Partners) will be more fluid in how they support the leadership teams.

The aim is for this change to enable these roles to:

  • Engage more strategically.
  • Triage and delegate business needs according to their strengths. Hence the first point of contact set up.
  • Ensure we continue providing top-notch people service across DrDoctor.
Additionally, your People Execs will shift to support specific functions
  • Beth will continue supporting the Product Management and Design team, but will now be the key contact for the Commercial Team and the Business Wing.
  • Meanwhile, Linann will still support the TX Team but will now take the lead in supporting the Engineering Team.
