She grew up in the restaurant and hotel business in Signum with her parents and brother Luca. She immediately followed in her father's footsteps in the kitchen, enrolling at the hotel institute in Cefalù and then taking cooking courses in Rome with excellent results. A wealth of experience was gained in renowned kitchens in the capital and London.

Her restaurant

In 2013, she took over her father's restaurant, signum, with her brother, located on the small island of Salina in northern sicily, where she is originally from. Each of her dishes is inspired by the island.
