Martina Caruso

She grew up in the restaurant and hotel business in Signum with her parents and brother Luca. She immediately followed in her father's footsteps in the kitchen, enrolling at the hotel institute in Cefalù and then taking cooking courses in Rome with excellent results. A wealth of experience was gained in renowned kitchens in the capital and London.
