Chicken Jiaozi
Dim Sum House Menu
Dim Sum House
Our chicken is cell- cultured and lab grown from cells taken from either the muscle tissue or their fertilizing eggs. The ingredients such as fats, sugars, amino acids, are mixed with the cultivated cells. Grown into muscle, fat, and connective tissue in the lab in stainless-steel tanks.
Our three designer meats : ground chicken, ground pork, and our pieces of oyster extract in boiled water, which becomes liquid caramelized oyster sauce
Pork XiaoLongBao
Southern China's Cuisine
The cells will mature, multiply, and form sheets that can be molded and made ready to prepare our Jiaozi dish.
Gai Lan with Oyster Sauce
Our oyster is cell-cultured and lab grown by dissecting and taking the Hemocyte cells from each tissue the oyster has. Taking these cells with a mixture of nutrients, amino acids, and healthy fats, with a change of temperature, cause this cell division in the bioreactors. After the cells differentiate into different tissues that make up an oyster, they are harvested and made ready to prepare our oyster sauce for our Gai Lan dish.
Our pork is cell-cultured and lab grown from stem cells taken from the pig’s muscle cells. They are mixed with ingredients such as amino acids, glucose, vitamins, and inorganic salts to help the stem cells replicate in bioreactors, which are large tanks.
They are then changed with a culture media to divide into three components that are muscle, fat, and connective tissue. They are then shaped with a scaffold and made ready to prepare our Xiaolongbao dish.
