As far as the cost, once you buy a tennis racket and shoes, you don’t really have to buy anything again for a few years. I always use a reusable water bottle and wear old t-shirts. A lot of leagues can provide equipment and uniforms So, the money element is not a deterrent to playing sports.

We all know that exercise is vitally important, especially as you get older. It’s true that you could possibly injure yourself, but the more exercise you do, the better your body will respond.
