Greensboro sit-ins

young African American students staged a sit-in at a segregated Woolworth's lunch counter in Greensboro, North Carolina, and refused to leave after being denied service.

This is showing how white people were puring drinks on black people all bc the wanted good service, and that is not just all there would be really bad fight and police trying to physically taking blacks out of the diner

It took about 2 days for the diners to get filled up and a bunch of people joining the movement as you can see in the picture the diner is packed with people, they stayed the whole day utill it was time to close and came back the next day and day after that with even more people despite all the hate and horrible things they went through

This is where the sit-in happened
