This is an important area as it is the entrance right after the underground parking lot and will have lots of footfall. We will have a similar decor here and would like you to propose welcoming activations around it

Here is where the 15m tree will be. There will be a santa m&g podium under the tree so Mr. and Mrs. Santa, elves, some kid activities, ginger bread cookie making etc. up to you but we need action here This tree is an example for meet and greet right under the tree. Also we cannot use the space behind the barries in this photo. kindly take out from your plan.

Here is the place where most people gather for watching the fireworks etc. Also we will propose a decor right behind the astronaut on the fountain which will be turned off. We can think of some actiovations in this area

Starting from this red dot and following the arrow all the way to the other end of the promenade, we will decorate the metal poles and hang acroos the road lighting. Along this walkway, we need roaming and fixed entertainment.

Here on the grass I marked will be the xmas tree and meet and greet podium under it.

Here we will build an arch over the text but I don't think we can place any activations

Here is the entrance for people who dont use valet. So a good amount of traffic flow here. we will decorate the bushes but I suggest you add some other activations and photo opps here.
