How to download webex

You can download Webex by opening Google Chrome, searching for webex.com, and clicking the 'Download' option in the upper menu.

• Click on "For Windows (64 bit)" to start the download.
• Once the download is complete, click on the Webex pop-up message that appears in the top right corner to confirm the installation was successful.
• After that, a message will prompt you to agree to the terms and conditions; click "Agree" to proceed to the landing page.

How to join a meeting - Open the Link

Locate the meeting invitation email and click on the provided link to access the Webex meeting.

How to join a meeting - Join from webex app

On the landing page, select Join from the Webex app. This option lets you enter the meeting using the app you’ve already downloaded.

How to join a meeting - Open Webex

Choose the option to Open Webex. This allows you to participate with your Webex account. If you haven’t created an account yet, you can click here to learn how to do it:

How to join a meeting - Enter Your Display Name and Email

• In the Display Name field, enter your first and last name.

• In the Email Address field, input your TransPerfect email in the format: yourname.lastname@transperfect.com.

• Check the box labeled "Remember me." This will streamline your login process for future meetings.

• Click on Next to proceed to the next step.

How to join a meeting - Allow Microphone Access

When prompted with a message asking to allow microphone access, click on "Allow." This enables you to speak during the meeting. For the best audio quality, please mute your microphone before joining the meeting.

Click on "Join meeting." You will enter a waiting room until the host grants you access.
