That's true, but the talents who leave can also return with more experience and skills, helping to improve their home countries. It's not necessarily a permanent loss.

I understand your point, but the pproblem is that it improverishes the home countries. When the best talents leave, it creates massive gaps in key sectors. How can these countries develop if they lose their most valuable human resources ? Wealthier nations benefit from this brain drain, but the countries of origin suffer greatly.
I believe brain drain is an incredible opportunity for talented individuals. It allows people to grow in countries where they can fully realize their potential. In less developed countries, there's ften a lack of infrastructrure or investment to help engineers, doctors, or scientists advance. So, why not move to places where they can contribute more effectively to society?
