- Watch the video of a woman showing passive listening skills while her friend speaks.
- Identify what verbal & non-verbal communication skills the woman (receiver) displays.
- Give the woman (receiver) advice on how she can be a good active listener.
- Watch the video to see if the woman (receiver) used your advice.
- Identify what verbal and non-verbal communication skills the woman (receiver) displayed in the 2nd video.
