Aux Captifs, la libération

🎯 Aux captifs, la libération goes to meet excluded people (such as sex workers or homeless) in the street and welcomes them. The associations is open to all religions, ethnic groupd, state of life etc. . 🤝  Vos missions : Participate to roams in order to meet people in the street, discuss and create some links. Also, you can hold a welcoming office (Accueil Fraternel) to share a coffee, discuss, play game etc. 💡 Please note : Introduction of the framework and mission's rules. I you want, you will be holded up by an experimented member. 4 training evenings will occur.

🎯 The Centre social of Ecully provides activities dedicated to developing social bonds and a sense of solidarity between locals, discrimination-free and promoting their participation to the association project and its evolution. . 🤝  Your missions : 1) Providing educational support to school students in situations of social, financial and educational precariousness.2) Providing support for locals who have difficulties with French for their social and professional integration, and your insight on their environment, on French society and on the professional world. Presentations and visits of territorial partners are provided on a regular basis. 💡 Please note : Two employees and a team of about 10 volunteers will guide you through your missions. For the linguistic workshops, a professional will guide you through. Training sessions are provided. .

🎯 The goal of the Fondation Armée du Salut is to achieve integration via housing and working. People can find shelter in various places: 9 housing services (1.500 people) in Francheville, Lyon, Vénissieux, Villeurbanne, Saint-Priest. 3 integration services through economic activity in Bron, Vaulx-en-Velin, Francheville, and Chambon-sur-Lignon close to Le Puy-en-Velay. . 🤝  Your missions : 1) School tutoring for children living in shelters, 2) Teaching French to allophone people, 3) Hosting entertaining moments for children and/or adults as per requested by the service, sharing your hobbies and passions. 4) food distribution. 5) Digital tutoring. 6) Booth truck. 7) Welcoming people at the healthcare center Pôle Santé Solidaire 💡 Please note: All missions can be completed by another mission to achieve the targeted number of hours: either the same mission on several sites, or different missions on the same site.

🎯 The French Red-Cross and its network of volunteers and employees take daily actions as per their unfailing principle of solidarity, preferring local actions providing concrete and sustainable solutions. . 🤝  Your missions : Preparing and distributing food packages for people in vulnerable situations, welcoming people collecting donated clothing, hosting workshops on digital integration, providing help regarding logistics and the preparation of donated goods, and participating in street outreach services to check on unsheltered people. / . 💡 Please note : Volunteers will be trained and guided through street outreach efforts. ;

🎯 Kabubu's mission is to encourage the creation of social links between exiled people (asylum seekers, refugees, migrants) and local people (French and European) through the power of sport, and to facilitate the professional inclusion of exiled people by creating training opportunities in the field of sport. . 🤝  Your missions : Support for social activities - Distribution of sports clothing and equipment - Co-hosting of cycling sessions and sports activities (badminton, running, yoga, climbing, etc.) - Presenting the association to exiles at café meetings 💡 Please note : Opportunity to take part in sporting events (around 4 a year) (e.g. running events, match tickets).

🎯 Les Petites Cantines, is a non-profit network of neighborhood canteens where guests welcome each-others and come together through participative meals with free-pricing and sustainable food to forge quality relationships and contribute to building a society based on trust. . 🤝  Your missions : Co-hosting workshops on participative cooking, welcoming guests, initiating conversations and interactions with the objective to create social links, being attentive to hygiene requirements. 💡 Please note: People to be supported may be isolated people from all ages, people in precarious situations and/or disabled people... This commitment requires a strong sense of social bonding, how to adapt to others and an advanced open mindedness.

🎯 SOLIDARI'TERRE is an association whose purpose is to raise funds for solidarity projects. The association organizes local and international solidarity missions, along with punctual events and awareness campaigns. . 🤝  Your missions : 1) Participating to fund raising for various solidarity projects. 2) Being part in the (local or international) missions by taking part in the actions provided. 3) Carrying out a raising awareness campaign. 4) Organizing events in order to give visibility to important subjects. 💡 Please note : The association is involved in many sectors such as integrating people with disabilities, fighting against AIDS, ecological activism or integrating refugee people.

Urgence Sociale Rue

🎯Urgence Sociale Rue (USR) helps people in need by providing assistance and support when needed. This association is the only one to operate after midnight. . 🤝 Your missions : developing social cohesion with beneficiaries, so that they feel listened to, respected and considered. Distribution of food and hygiene parcels, blankets, underwear, hot drinks and snacks. The association gives beneficiaries the addresses of shelters, and goes with them when a place becomes available (in partnership with 115). The association also owns a vehicle for patrols, and can drive people to emergencies if necessary. 💡Good to know: During your assignment, you'll be assigned an association contact who will support you throughout your involvement, and you'll be given a briefing on the workings of the association.

🎯 Aremacs is designed to guide event organizers through event-related eco-responsibility in order to encourage reducing their environmental impact and raise awareness of eventgoers to the issues of ecological transition. 🤝  Your missions : - Operational management of event-generated waste (implementation of waste separation garbage, waste-sorting, waste evacuation)- Information and awareness of event participants (festivalgoers, staff, artists etc.)- Raising awareness via entertainment sessions (3-hour sessions with dedicated tools) on the issues of zero-waste, no food waste, recycling etc. 💡 Please note : Every volunteer has to pay a 5€ fee and sign a policy to join the association and be insured on the field.

🎯 La Ressourcerie Créative de Lyon (RCL), is an innovative project which aims at reducing local waste based on the deconstruction of preconceived ideas about buying second-hands, and on social integration of isolated people. .🤝 Your missions : 1) Managing the association shop and collecting donations, entailing raising awareness on waste-reduction. Sorting and shelving donated goods. Welcoming and guiding people, answering questions and managing the cash register. 2) Hosting workshops on creating and repairing at La Ressourcerie Créative (content will depend on donated goods, materials, tools and techniques...).💡 Please note : During your missions, the Ressourcerie’s managers will guide you through, according to your volunteering days. A training session is provided at the beginning, but also all throughout your mission, to build up your skills in the missions you have opted for.

🎯 Randossage organizes actions to raise awareness, inform, promote and involve citizens in the environmental cause. Taking care of your environment is a way to take care of yourself. .🤝Your missions : collecting and picking up wastes and litter with different people (school kids, company staff members etc.), waste sorting and creating ephemeral artworks with the collected wastes. .💡 Please note : There is an integration training session about the hosting methods and you will be guided through by a referring person from the association.

🎯 BelleBouffe is an association which develops innovative, convivial and inclusive approaches to transition into a more ecological and fairer food system, with more solidarity. Its objective is to take part in an existing territorial dynamic advocating for zero-waste and short supply circuits. Every year, BelleBouffe imagines and carries out its own ecological and mutually supportive Christmas. A great festive dinner banquet and gifts are to be imagined and created in a participative and inclusive manner. This project is for those who cannot have people around them for the Christmas season. 🤝  Your missions: Field actions to go towards and rally up neighboring locals who are in precarious situations and experiencing social isolation, co-creation of menus, gifts, DIY Christmas decoration and rolling out of the event via participative workshops, donation campaign and partnership development. . 💡 Please note: You can volunteer to take part in the 6-hour “form’action” of BelleBouffe, to coordinate actions in favor of ecological and mutually supportive food supply.

Le Faitout

What? Coordination and hosting Who for? People living in La Saulaie, a priority neighborhood where 50% of the people live below the poverty line, people living in the two emergency shelters near Le Faitout and the Singa community. When? From September 2023 to June 2024. 4 lunches a week, from 12:00 noon to 02:00 PM, and 2 evenings a week, from 06:00 to 09:30 PM. Where? 🎯 Le Faitout is an 850m2 place promoting mutual support, whose objective is to advocate for a greater social and food justice over the Lyon Métropole territory, to support the social and professional integration of people in precarious situations, forge bonds and turn the various stakeholders into actors of their own territory, to experiment and innovate together for a fairer society, more ecological and showing more solidarity. Le Faitout has its own associative cantine-café providing local cross-border committed cuisine. Beyond the cantine itself, Le Faitout provides a festive cultural program about hospitality, food justice and ecological and mutually supportive transition. .🤝  Your missions: Welcoming people, drive them through the various activities and services Le Faitout is offering and, coffee-bar tending and cash-registration. . 💡 Please note: You will be trained on how to welcome and support people in precarious situations, to cash-registration and Le Faitout membership follow-up. 🎯 Weeefund helps to fight the digital divide and reduce the ecological impact of digital technology by reconditioning and redistributing computer equipment, while helping to train people in precarious situations in digital tools. . 🤝 Your missions : Participate in the association's training activities in support of trainers, as well as in production activities (inventory, testing, reconditioning and computer repairs). 💡 Please note : An aptitude for computers will enable you to better familiarize yourself with this mission.
