The Seagate Sponsorship Program takes a more comprehensive and dynamic approach to the sponsor-protege relationship to provide an impactful development experience while ensuring each benefits from the relationship.

How Does Sponsorship Work?

Sponsor and Protege cohorts engage in huddles and learning engagements to round-out the experience.

Sponsors & Proteges are identified and cross-functionally paired.

Sponsors & Protege pairs meet regularly to set the conditions for a a meaningful and successful relationship.
