Just as the party begins, the power flickers...when the lights come on, Damien Shade, Regina's assitant, is found dead.

Clue #1

The Wine Glass

Detective Nathan Ravenwood discovers the victim. Right next to Damien's body, there is a shattered wine glass. "The glass looks like it was tampered with. There’s a peculiar scent coming from it—is that poison I smell?" -Nathan Anyone have anything to say?

Clue #2

Regina's Will

Regina's lawyer, Bella Crowe, has found her will and will read it aloud to the group. Sounds like some people may have some motives here... what do we think?

"I, Regina Holtzwoman, being of sound mind, hereby declare this my final will.To William Graves, I leave nothing, as I’ve made other plans for the manor. To Drake Nightshade, I leave my entire collection of rare artifacts. To my dear friend Scarlett Bane, I leave the rights to my unpublished memoir, provided she does not publish it within the next five years. As for everyone else, I know what you are up to. Trust no one."

Clue #3

Divide and Conquer

Group 1

Your group went into the kitchen where you find the empty wine bottle. Looking around you see that there is a medicine bottle with the label blacked out hidden in the pantry.

Group 2

Your group ends up in the library where you find a crumpled up piece of paper with things written and scratched off on Regina's desk.

Dear Diary,I fear something sinister is going on at the manor and Ms. Holtzwoman will not listen to me. I have noticed that her drink is regularly not where I sit it down and that she has gotten quite sleepy every night when I come to see if she needs anything before bed. There have been people coming to visit frequently so I can not put my finger on who it might be, but I find it very odd. Until next time...

The Letter

Regina's ex-boyfriend, Stephon Darkmoor, just found a hidden letter in his room from Regina. He reads it aloud to the group.

"Stephon, if you are reading this, I think I have made enemies. I can trust no one, especially those closest to me. I have been feeling more and more ill. I have changed my will and someone is not happy about it, perhaps it is them, but I am not sure. At least I know I can trust you, I think. Thank you for staying with me and caring for me."
