The Missouri Director for Mothers Against Drunk Driving, Tabithia Perkins, says, the moment you get behind the vehicle, when you’re impaired, it becomes a deadly weapon. Victims lives are impacted for the rest of their lives because of one person's decisions. Perkins says, "it impacts so many people after that one single choice that it's very simple choice to make."
